Nhau the dance from center of Mozambique

The Dance Nyau was certified by the United Nations for Education Science and Culture Organization (UNESCO) in November 2005, as a masterpiece of oral and intangible heritage of humanity.

The dance is the culture of the inhabitants of Tete province, which requires a lot of agility your dancer. As a tradition of the inhabitants of Tete, they are using certain symbols of their habits and customs, as maniqueira symbols that represent the raw material for making juice, sweets, alcoholic beverages and food.
